My Favorite Essential Oils

Can be used aromatically or topically via roller to de-stress, unwind, & relax. Add to a bubble bath, sugar scrub, lotion, hand wash, or to wool dryer balls instead of using toxic dryer sheets. 

Lemon has an uplifting scent that cleanses the air, energizes, and supports the immune & circulatory systems. I love mixing this one with rosemary in my kitchen hand soap! Also good to remove adhesive labels off glass! 

Frankincense has been used for centuries to beautify skin, enhance immunity, and increase spiritual awareness. Add to moisturizer to enhance skin tone. 

Diffuse or use via roller to take the Stress-Away! Blend of copiaba, line, cedar wood, vanilla, ocotea, & lavender oils.

Copiaba tightens the skin, reduces the appearance of blemishes, and enhances the skin's appearance to provide a youthful radiant glow. It can also be used topically to soothe tired muscles.

Sandalwood is great for relaxation when infused in massage oils, promotes radiant healthy skin in beauty products, & enhances feelings of spirituality when used during meditation or yoga.

Bergamot boosts positivity and creates a relaxing atmosphere when diffused, is great in beauty products to reduce the look of blemishes, & blends nicely in perfumes, lotions, or bath scrubs with other floral or woodsy scents. 

Replace the toxic store bought candle with a diffuser on your back porch to help fend off those pesky insects!

This is one of my favorite blends! The woodsy pleasant scent makes you feel like you are out in nature. The combo of black spruce, ylang ylang, grand fir, & cedarwood lend a sense of balance, stability, & strength to help clear your mind and refocus.

One of my favorite oils to create personal care products with. Provides a clean uplifting scent that is great in soaps, sugar scrubs, and bath bombs. Also great to help relieve congestion, making it easier to breather when sick. 

This blend of orange, grapefruit, mandarin, tangerine, lemon, & spearmint is great for hand soaps, sugar scrubs, and rollers to provide and uplifting and motivating pick me up!

I love putting patchouli with lavender in rollers, diffusers, and sugar scrubs/bath soaks. It provides a grounding and calming scent that is great for relaxing!
