Make a list of the blessings you have an abundance of and give thanks for each of them. Next, make a list of the things you would like to have an abundance of. Next to each on write down actions you can take to achieve it. Imagine what it would be like to have it and believe that one day you will. Remember, what you put out into the world returns to you tenfold - how can you currently give that which you hope to receive in the future?
Find your purpose exercise: Draw 3 circles & name them #1, 2, & 3. In circle #1 write down Things you Love. In circle #2 write down Things you're good at. In circle #3 write down What the World Needs. Similar words in circles # 1 & #2 is your Passion. Similar words in circles #2 & #3 is your Profession. Similar words in circles #1 & #3 is your mission. Similar words in all 3 circles is your Purpose. What habits and patterns do you need to release to be able to live out your purpose? What other changes do you need to make to fully live your purpose? How will your purpose help the greater good?
