Hi, I'm Jodie.
Registered Nurse • Healthcare Leader • Integrative Wellness Practitioner
For more than 26 years, I've cared for people through some of life's most challenging moments. Along the way, I discovered something that transformed not only my work, but my understanding of wellbeing.
Stress doesn't just exhaust us, it disconnects us - from ourselves, from one another, and from the wisdom that guides us toward a life of greater balance, purpose, and fulfillment.
My work is about creating the space for that reconnection to happen. Whether that journey begins with an individual, a leader, or an entire team, the destination is the same:
When we reconnect with the wisdom within, alignment returns -
...and healing naturally follows.

Transformation
Transformation rarely happens all at once. It usually begins quietly… with a single thought.
The way we speak to ourselves shapes what we believe is possible. And over time, those beliefs shape the life we create.
When we begin to notice the moments when our inner voice says “I can’t” or “I’m not ready,” we have an opportunity to reshape our beliefs.
Transformation starts when we choose a different thought.
Just like the hydrangea slowly unfolding into bloom, growth often happens in layers. Each small shift in awareness opens the door for the next.
And over time, the person you are becoming begins to feel more aligned, more confident, and more fully yourself.
Personal Practice
Notice the thoughts that move through your mind throughout the day. Without judgment, simply observe when your inner voice leans toward doubt or limitation. Place a hand on your heart and gently ask: "What would a more supportive thought sound like right now?"Â Transformation begins with awareness.
Professional Practice
Choose one place at work where you normally hold yourself back. Maybe it’s sharing an idea, setting a boundary, or trusting your expertise. This week, replace “I’m not sure I should…” with “I’m willing to try.” Small acts of courage build professional confidence over time.
Leadership Practice
As leaders, the way we speak influences the mindset of those around us. Notice opportunities to shift conversations from limitation to possibility: From “This won’t work” to “How might we approach this differently?” From “We can’t” to “What would make this possible?” Transformation within organizations often begins with the language leaders model.
Family / Community Practice
Take a moment to acknowledge the growth you see in others. A simple statement like: “I see how much you’ve grown,” or “I’m proud of the way you handled that,” can reinforce positive beliefs and support transformation in the people we love.
