Hi, I’m Jodie
I’m a board-certified registered nurse and integrative therapies practitioner with over 25 years of experience supporting people through complex, high-stress environments—both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed how chronic stress, emotional overload, and nervous system dysregulation quietly erode well-being, often long before symptoms are named or addressed.
My approach is therapeutic and counseling in nature, focused on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied awareness. I draw from somatic practices, integrative health principles, and nursing-based therapeutic communication to support balance, resilience, and inner coherence.
Together, we work at the pace of your nervous system—supporting awareness, regulation, and balance. This is therapeutic support for people experiencing stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or navigating life transitions who want to feel more like themselves again, without labels, pressure, or a one-size-fits-all model.
I offer individualized 1:1 sessions, small-group experiences, and professional workshops that integrate nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and integrative therapeutic support. These offerings are designed for individuals and organizations seeking sustainable resilience, emotional balance, and a more regulated, connected way of being—both personally and professionally.

Harmony
Harmony is created when the mind, body, and spirit are moving together.
This card invites you to pause and notice where your thoughts, actions, and beliefs are aligned… and where they may be gently pulling in different directions.Â
Harmony doesn’t ask for big changes or dramatic shifts. It begins with awareness. By choosing to make one small adjustment that brings you back into balance in this moment. When we live in greater harmony within ourselves, peace becomes more accessible. We respond instead of react — and that inner balance naturally ripples outward into our relationships, our work, and our communities.
Let this card be a reminder that alignment is always available to you. Sometimes all it takes is a breath, a pause, and a willingness to realign with what feels true.
Personal Practice
Take three slow breaths and ask yourself: “Where am I out of alignment right now?” "Are my actions aligned with my beliefs and how I want to feel?" The journey to inner peace begins with awareness.
Professional Practice
Adjust one small thing in your day — a boundary, a meeting flow, a task order — so your work reflects how you want to feel, not just what needs to get done. Harmony at work starts with honoring your nervous system.
Leadership Practice
Resolve one small tension or misunderstanding with compassion. Lead from understanding instead of urgency.
Compassion doesn’t weaken leadership — it strengthens trust — creating harmony and strength in relationships.
Family / Community Practice
Notice where you can offer understanding instead of reaction. Harmony grows when we listen to connect, not to respond.
